Аннотация
В данной статье представлены экологически и биологический безвредный метод, укрепления почв с использованием микроорганизмов, для получения биоцемента. В ходе исследования были использованы два метода: инъекция микроорганизмов и метод смешивания. Были использованы два типа каждого метода: фиксированная и нефиксационная форма инъекции и стирилированная и нестирилированная форма метода смешивания. В процессе получения биоцемента был использован микроорганизм Sporosarcina pasteurii, проведены исследования направленные на укрепление песка и улучшение различных механических свойств песка, и полученый результаты.
Возможность применения осаждения карбоната кальция (кальцита) для укрепления песка микробиологическим методом возросла, что привело к его широкому распространению и изучению. В настоящее время метод укреплении песка имеет большое биотехнологическое значение, является экономически эффективным и перспективным методом по сравнению с другими технологиями. В исследовательской работе с использованием микроорганизмов Sporosarcina pasteurii была укреплена коллона песка путем осаждения карбоната кальция.
При исследовании биоцемента с помощью микроскопа SEM-BSE и рентгенографии, можно четко увидеть карбонатов кальция. Итак, подводя итоги работы, было доказано что для укрепления песка можно использовать микроорганизм Sporosarcina pasteurii. В исследование песка на прочность в водяной эрозии доказана, что фиксирующая инъекция эффективный чем инъекции без фиксации.
По методу смешивание культивирование бактерий в стерильной среде без центрифугирования не оказывает негативного влияния на репродуктивную активность микроорганизмов и образование кристаллов кальцита.
